Install windows search in Outlook 2007

When trying to install the Windows search update. I get "Access Denied".
All virus check and Spyware programs have been turned off. Does anyone know
how to resolve this problem

I too have this problem, there is a tech article on this

although the suggested solution did not work for me, maybe just maybe it
will do it for you

Where do you locate this tech article. I tried to find it, but I could not
