Hi Robin,

If the MS Installer is doing a 'rollback' at
the end of an installation it can be for a number
of reasons such as encountering an error on your
PC, or a disk space issue, or other software running.

Are you getting a specific error message?

What version of Office and Windows are you using?

Have you shutdown all other apps/software before
running setup?

Have you checked the log files for setup in your
Windows temp folders for details?
