installation: cab file missing even when its there

Hello. I have a prob installing Frontpage 2003. I've just downloaded the
image, have burned it to cd. While installing my machine (running vista
ultimate) windows is asking for a cab-file (YA561406.CAB) which is on the cd
for sure. Who can help?
