Installation difficulty with XP

I have XP set up for 4 users. i'm trying to reinstall
Word2000 from some sort of compressed file on the hard
drive, but it will only install/ work for one user (ie
the user logged on when it is installed).

How do i install Word so that it works for all users?

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

It must be installed with the Administrator logged in otherwise some or all
functions in Office 2000 will be missing.

Thanks. I am logged on as Administrator, and have tried
removing and reinstalling Word several times. I can use
it fine myself, but no-one else can!
