installation disc doesn't work

my office xp installlation disc does not work and i need to install Front
Page from in. I've upgraded the rest of the OIffice Suite to a newer
version

Not sure how to get a new disc or a better version.

any suggestions?

That version of Office and FP 2002 is no longer supported...you'll not be
able to get a replacement disk, unless you can find something on Amazon. FP
2003 is the latest and last version of FrontPage, which is no longer sold.
The FP replacement is Expression Web.

Copy the entire CD to your hard drive, then start the install from the hard
drive. That may get around latency and disk read errors on the CD rom.

Otherwise, try "cd repair" techniques (Google it) on the CD.
