Hi sflthompson,
I think you have the same problem that I had. The first screen it gives
where it give you the option to download, there is a link where it says "more
info", click
on that and it will take you to a page where it gives you the option to
manually download the file and save it on your disk. After doing so, double
click on it and it will install on your system. The problem in my case was
it was giving me an error 1328 Error applying patch to file
D:\config.msi\pt2e.tmp, but when I clicked on ignore, it installed the sp3 on
my system. I had the same problem with installing other patches but it
worked when I downloaded them individually and installed them manually.
