Installation Ended Prematurely Decause of an Error

I am getting the following error when I try to do the initial install of
Project server.
"Installation Ended Prematurely Decause of an Error"

I have SQL 2000 installed patched and running. I have the Olap services
installed and running. I have the sharepoint services installed and running.
I have an ID that has rights to all of the systems. I am at a loss. I have
no idea where to look.
Please help
