Installation error 1304

When I try to install FrontPage 2002, the install stops
with the following error:
Error 1304. Error writing to file: C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\LFCMP12N.DLL. Verify that
you have access to that directory.
I was installing FrontPage as the administrator with
Windows XP home edition as the operating system.
Does anyone know how i can get the install past this
point?
