Installation Error 1406

I am trying to install Microsoft office and Front page software on my new
computer and the error states: Setup cannot write the value button text to
the registry key\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Extentions\{92780b25-18CC-41C8-B9BE-3C9C5711A8263}.
Verify that you have sufficient permissions to access the registry or
contact Microsofy product support services {pss} for assistance. For
information about how to contact PSS, see
E:\\FILES|PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE11\1033\PSS10R.CHM.

Could anyone out there please help me. I 'm going out of my mind

Thanks for you feedback. I tried changing the registratio, but this did not
work. Should EVERYONE be set to full control allow as well as READ allow.
Please help me coz I'm in need to get this resolved.
