Installation error:file not found SKU112.CAB

Problem initially started with not being able to open a folder within the
"save as" dialog box. Found an answer here to remove the last update from ms.
Did that, now word wants to re-install but when it goes into the
"re-installing office" mode, it gets to this point and tells me that
SKU112.CAB cannot be found. SInce I "installed" office 03 that came with the
computer and merely paid for and downloaded the key, where might I now find
this file?

The OEM (Dell, Gateway, .etc) should have supplied you with Office 2003
media. The CAB file is on it (its a hidden file).

ok; I'm going to go thru the cd's that came with the laptop from HP. Probably
the "application recovery cd" I'm guessing. I'll let you know.
