I am trying to download frontpage on to my laptop but I keep getting a error
that is telling me that "a required installation file F2561406.CAB could not
be found". If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated.

Explain download
Do you mean Install from a CD
- if so, try carefully cleaning the CD

I am assuming Windows XP as the OS:

If you have sufficient space on your hard drive, copy the entire
contents of the installation CD to a folder on the hard drive and try
installing it from there.
