Installation error message 1305

New hard drive (Dell). Newly installed XP operating
system. When I try to install my Office 2000 (Premium) I
get the error message:
"Cannot locate
D:\PFiles\MSOffice\Bitmaps\Dbwiz\Service.GIF. Verify that
it is present and can be accessed."
I have ascertained that this file is present on the CD
ROM disk. However, I was not able to open it.

I cannot even ask about it from the MS Support
professionals because I do not have access to
the "Product ID", even though of course I do have
the "Product Key" the "CD SET" number and the CDKey
number.

yep...you need a new cd-kit. Contact your OEM or for retail copies, see
