Installation error proof file

Hi

I'm having problems installing Project 2007. It's a default install, but it
fails asking for location of Proof file Proofing.en.us\Proof.es\Proof

It can't proceed any further without giving it the location.

Recently, I had similar problems installing Project 2007 SP2.
The solution seemed to exist in
a. provide an active IE connection and
b. install msi installer 4.5
