Installation error when attempting to put Office 2007 on Vista

I'm running on Microsoft Vista Ultimate.

When trying to install Microsoft Office 2007, it gets towards the end
of the installation progress bar and then rollback all the changes and
displays the following error:

"Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 encountered an error during setup.
Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly
component {97f81af1-0e47-dc99-a01f-c8b3b9a1e18e}. HRESULT: 0x8007054F

If anyone could help me with the problem it would be great!
