installation error

I am trying to instal Publisher 2000 and get an error
saying that I need to update system files from
Crogramfiles\commonfiles\system\ADO\MSADOR15.DLL
(VERSION 2.10) to Version 2.50.4403.4. but I can not find
a download to do this. Any answers?

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

Try going to www.microsoft.com/data and updating your MDAC components to the
latest version
