Installation failed !

Hi,

I tried install MS SQL Server 2000 version in to the
Win2000 Server platform. It has SP4. When the installation
started it stopped with fail notification "Installation of
the Microsoft Data Access Components package failed. (-1)"

Is Service Pack 4 too high level for this version of SQL
Server ? What can I do ?
