installation of Office 2003 Professional

I have not been able to update my Office 2000 Professional software as I do
not have the original CD which is LOst. So I am planning on purchasing
either Office 2003 Professional upgrade or just Office 2003 profesisonal.
Which will I be able to install. Can I install the Office 2003 Professional
without uninstalling the Office 2000 Professional already on my system? What
should I do?
