Installation of Office 2003 SP2 keeps failing.

I am attempting to update Office 2003 on two different computers. I have the
Office 2003 Student and Teacher edition. SP 2 fails every time I attempt to
install it. I have installed all previous updates with no problem. I am
running XP Pro, I have plenty of harddrive space and RAM
