Installation of office 2003

I have Vista 64 and was using office fine. I had to reload windows. Then I
tried to reload Office and it loads OK but when I call up any of the office
products I get the following message and the program will not load. I have
installed,uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works. the message is"
Microsoft Office has not been installed for the current user. Pleas run setup
to install the application".

I have never installed Office 2003 (though I've used it extensively). Look
through all the options when installing to make sure it's availible to all
users.
