INSTALLATION OF RUNTIME 2002

On Some Computers I am getting a "file error 75" when the
program is loaded on windows XP. Most of the time it loads
fine. Also---- on the computers that are giving me this
error the installation is causing a reboot. Please help
me. Is this a known error? Are these XP computers old and
missing files? How do I fix this?

Now that KB article does mention Win 98/ME but it still could be your
problem.
