installation of upgrade ver. 2003 on new computer

setup acepts product key, when it searches for office 97 it asks for
location, not only do I not have those old flopies my new computer does not
have a 3.5 drive.
I still have office 2003 fully operational on old computer is there a way to
install on new computer that has trial ver of 2007 which I am not interested
in. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You also have to uninstall any Trial together with Activation Assistant,
reboot, prior to installing any other version.

Your going to either have to buy a qualifying version or purchase Office
2007 upgrade version to use in conjunction with your office 2003 cd
