Installation Problem - Missing File

I successfully installed Excel 2007 on one computer, but am unable to install
it on a second computer. I get an error message stating that set-up can not
find the following file:

office-en-us/officeMUIset.xml

I tried locating the file in all the directories on the CD, but can't find
it.

Any suggestions?
