Installation problem with Visio 2007

Since there does not seem to be a "setup-config" newsgroup for Visio (via the
MSDN newsgroups) I'll try this question here.

When I run setup, to install Visio 2007, I receive this message:
"The Language of this installation package is not supported by your system."
(the installation aborts from here)

Here are the stesp that led up to the error:
-downloaded Vision 2007 .iso file from my MSDN subscription
-Copied the .iso file to C:\TempRLN
-Ran ISO Buster to unpack the .ISO file & ISO buster created the directory
C:\TempRLN\OFFICE12 (with sub folders)
-Ran C:\TempRLN\OFFICE12\setup.exe and received the error message.

Office 2007 is installed and running with English as the primary language.
The error message I received was in English.
Per the error message I mentioned at the top of my post here, what
'language' could it be looking for here?

Any suggestions on what do to do from here would be appreciated.

thnx...

There is a microsoft.public.visio.installation but it doesn't seem to
be used much now.

Have you tried putting the .iso file on a CD?

No, I did not put it on a CD, only because I did the following and all gave
me the same error message regarding the setup file:

-Placed the .ISO on a network file share- unpacked it in the same folder and
tried to install.
Tried the same thing by placing the file on a USB local drive and finally
drive C.
(All received the same original error I referenced in my first post)
