Installation Problem

Hi, I Removed my Word because of a conflict problem, then reinstalled it. It
put Photo Editor on this time, and it associated itself with everything. So I
system restored to when I removed Word. Now, I cannot install Word, and I
need it. I double click the installer, and it says 'Preparing to install',
then:

It does htis with my Word (On Works 2003) and my Dads (Works 2004). What can
I do?

This is caused by a missing or corrupt Windows Installer file. To
correct it you will need to zap the Windows Installer entry in the
Registry and reinstall Office.

Obtain the following utility and use it to remove only the reference
to Office. Once that is complete then you'll need to reinstall Office
to point the Windows Installer to your installation CD:
