Installation Problems

Hi Group-

Please help.

I am trying to reinstall Microsoft Office 2000 from the CD
but whenever it gets halfway through the set up process I
get a message that it can't find a file in the Theme
folder and that I should verify thatthey are there. So I
ran a search and found the file and it was indeed there.
Not sure what the message meant by "make sure I have
access" to it since I'm on my home computer. When I hit
retry on the installation it still couldn't find it on
its own and I had to cancel and could not not install the
program. I have installed from this disk once before in
the past without a hitch. I did recenlty install a
service package on my computer, could this have anything
to do with it? Also, I ran a virus program and found no
problems. Anyone have a solution? Thanks, James
