Installation requirement for InfoPath 2007

Hi
I would like to know the installation sequence in order to create Form
Template on Infopath 2007 using VS2005.I have the following software
installation in m/c.is this correct or am i missing something?
VS2005
Sql2005
Microsoft Office 2007
office2007b2tr-kb000000-fullfile-en-us
InfoPathVSTool_setup
update of both Office 2007 and VSTO
