Installation source for this product is not available

Running MS Office Professional: Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager on
stand-alone desktop. No Exchange or Business Server.

I had to do a system recovery on my computer and afterwards transferred all
my applications back to the system from my old system. Outlook 2003 works
fine, but the BCM didn't load into my Outlook. I have the BCM database
backup in my new system as well, but does not show in Outlooks Data
Management, nor will it allow me to access it or create a new database.

BCM shows in Add/Remove programs but when clicking on Change or Remove it
indicates the installation source is not available and asks me to verify
source exists and that I have access to it.

Tried reinstalling from BCM CD, but got the same error message.
From the CD, I clicked on Enable - it said it was already Enabled.
I made sure I was listed in Computer Management/Groups under BCM
In my Programs, I have a folder for Outlook w/BCM but only has Help & View
Tours
Under Microsoft folder in Programs, the BCM does not exist

I'm at a loss how to get this program running again. Any help will be
sincerely appreciated.
