Installation Unsuccessful - Office 2000 Security Patch: KB822035

When attempting to install Office 2000 Security Patch: KB822035 the download
is successful but at approximately 25% of installation it jumps to 100% and
says "Installation Unsuccessful". I am running W2k Pro and Office 2000 Pro
on a 350 MHz P2 with 384 MB memory.
