I created an MST for my office install using the resource kit installation
wizard. - For customizatoins I chose to create additional word, excel, access
and powerpoint shortcuts on the desktop, and I chose not to install outlook
2003. However, the only shortcuts the mst is creating are any existing office
2000 shortcuts that were upgraded, and the standard start/programs/office
shortcuts. Plus it's ignoring my settings to not install outlook 2003. (I'm
upgrading from office 2000 to 2003) - I also chose to remove all traces of
office 2000 and that works properly. I am using SMS 2003 to push the
PRO11.MSI with an MST with my custom settings. How come it's still installing
outlook 2003 even though I tell it not to in the mst? I know the mst is being
read because I set the macro settings to low in the mst ( for access 2003)and
that setting took.
Thanks
