hi, i´m working with windows 2003 i alradi have a
installation of sharepoint portal server "v2.0" beta2,
now i tried to install project server 2002(following
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 820774,819642,319281),
the first problem is when i change my IIS 6.0 to Use IIS
5.0 Isolation Mode mi sharepoint portal server send this
message "Cannot connect to the configuration database."
when i finish my installation without any error, i try to
open the admin project page but i get the same error.
if i change mi iis configuration, sharepoint portal server
works without any problem, i dont now what to do?
what im doing bad? please help?

You can't install these two applications on the same server. Not compatible!
You can, however, install STS v1.0 on your Windows Server 2003. Project
Server 2002 works with STS v 1.0 only, and not the new generation which is
supported by Project Server 2003 due out in October.

if you know what I mean. You can spend some time looking for this on
microsoft.com or you can call Microsoft support to verify it.
