I had Microsoft office on my computer. I purchased a new
computer. The new computer did not have Office on it. I
puchased a new Microsoft XP version and installed it on
the new machine. A problem developed with the machine
and they had me reload Windows XP. Now I am trying to
reload Office but I have lost the case that the CD came
in and therefore do not have the identification number
that is asked for in the reloading process. How can I
reload my new Office XP?
