installed both 97 & 2000 on the same machine?

Hi,
I found several similar questions in the group. Thanks
for your patience.
I had a Access 97 full version. There is a new
application running 2000 version, can I install 2000
runtime version on the same machine(so I will have a 97
full versin & 2000 runtime version)? Any problems in the
future?
