Installed fonts not available

I downloaded and installed three fonts this afternoon but
none of them are showing up in the fonts list in Word and
Outlook Express both. The fonts are in the folder, but I
cannot access them. Please, can anyone help? I need them
desperately! Thank you!

suggestions for you.

Were the fonts zipped or unzipped ? If they were zipped, you must unzip
them before installing them in Control Panel/Fonts/Install.
