Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

Can someone tell me why this would happen? All the other apps are there except entourage. I quite entourage and word to install the scheduled update. When closed I tried to check my email but the system could not find my app. I looked in the MS app folder and entourage is no where to be found. After a system search I only located the time trial version. I copied the app from the install CD but all it does is crash upon initial startup, not even making it to the splash screen. Help!

Thanks Diane for your explanation link. I wish I didn't have to re-install Entourage, I didn't want to chance losing my preferences. -Scott

Your preferences shouldn't be affected. If you do use "Remove Office" there
are a few files you should save in your User's Library like Dictionary. I
mention the exact files on this link "Remove Office"

BTW, did you know some preferences are actually stored in your Entourage
database?
