installed office 03 and outlook won't open or start

I installed 03 with extras and when I click on outlook and then and error box
comes up and says, cannot start outlook, unable to open outlook, folders
can't be opened,
How do I get it to set up?

You could try going into Control Panel and setting up a profile by clicking
on the Mail icon.

I guess I didn't do that right either. I went in and took out my old email
address and added my hotmail address etc but it still doesn't even open. A
few seconds of Outlook opening page and then the error box!

You didn't set up a new mail profile as suggested by William. You simply
modified the existing one.

Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add. See this:
