Installed Office 2003 SP1, Now Computer Boots Slow

Last night, I went to the Office Update and installed SP1
from Office 2003 & Visio 2003. Now, my computer (WinXP
SP1) is taking forever to boot (before & after the
CTR+ALT+DEL screen).

Anyone else having this problem, or any ideas?
