Installed Office 2007 and now the menu bar is missing from all win

I just installed Office 2007 Enterprise Ed and Offfice 2007 SP1. Now I don't
have any menu bars in any of my applications, such as IE 7, Windows Explorer
(My Computer), etc... By the meny bar, I am referring to the text command
bar that is standard on top of all windows (except in Office 2007) that
includes such main items as "File / Edit / View / Format / Tools /
Help". Under "File" you would have common commands such as New / Open / Save
/ Save As / Exit.
What a total headache!!!! What was tweaked by the install that caused the
menu bars to disappear globally? How do I restore them without removing
Office 2007?
