installed Office2003 (Student) - Photoshop 2000 not working

I was running Office 2000 with no problems. Having istalled Office 2003
(Student & Teacher Ed) everything is fine apart from Photoshop (2000). It
will not load - Ig et a message that it has encountered a problem & the offer
to send the problem to Microsoft which I accepted. I have heard nothing
further. Clicking the "debug" button does nothing. I have tried reinstalling
Photoshop to no avail.
