Installed ON 2007 Outlook 03 Rules won't run

I am a member of several listservs and have outlook rules to have them
delivered to separate junk mail sub folders. Ever since I installed a free
trial of OneNote 2007 my rules won't automatically run in my Outlook 2003.

I can select "run rules " from the menu and all of the collected messages
will move to tthe right folders, but before One Note 07 this happened
flawessly and automatically.

Any advice?
