Installed Service Pack 2 and now I can't sent any emails from Out.

I installed Service Pack 2 for Office and now I can't send any email outlook.
I can however receive emails. When I "test account settings" the from
Outlook "task bar" : Tools, Emails Accounts,change, "View or check existing
e-mail accounts," all the tasks are completed with a green check mark and
there are no errors.

What's happening when you try and send?
Have you checked with your recipient as to if the message arrived?
You could try removing and then re-adding the account.
