installed share outlook but cannot get it going

CASE REFINISHING

PLEASE HELP!!! I HAVE INSTALED SHARE OUTLOOK AND I CANNOT GET IT GOING.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME, PLEASE
