installed wse -no connection

Email Client: Exchange

Sorry for sounding so dump but I need some advice. Ive installed the wse however I am unable to connect to the exchange server. just said not contecte.

Im confused am I meant to download something called Update Rollup 4 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007? My version of Entourage contained all updates released.
