Installer Issue

A while back we made a custom install of Office XP. It
appears now that if we run the install after SP3 for
Windows 2000, our custom install will not run.
There is an installer version difference between Windows
2000 before SP3 which is 1.10.1029.1 After installing SP3
the installer version is 2.0.2600.1

How do we fix the custom install so it will install on
clients running SP3 or higher?
