Installing Access 2002 or 2003 with Office XP Small Business

Is there any problem installing Access 2003 with an existing installation of
Office XP Small Business? I don't want to upgrade my whole Office suite
(since it would have to be a completely new purchase to go to Professional)
just to get Access.

If I can get it, would I be better off installing Access 2002 (I believe
that this was the one compatible with Office XP, right)?
