Installing Access 2002 with MS Office 97

My wife has purchased 5 licenses for Office XP
Professional.

She needs to install just access 2002 on a PC that
already has office 97 installed (no access 97)

Is there any reason why installing only access 2002 from
an office XP professional cd will disturb the existing
office 97 install?

Is it any different from installing Access 2002 from a
stand alone access 2002 cd?
