Installing Access 97

I'm having problems getting Access 97 installed on my
computer. I already have Office suite 2002 installed but
need an additional copy of Access '97 for use with some
older applications. I bought a copy of Office 97
(upgrade) and the seller sent a copy of Microsoft Works
for the initial installation. When I install office 97,
it seems to install ok, but when I try to run access I get
an message that there is no liscense on this machine for
access 97. BTW if I do a complete install of office 97,
excel, powerpoint, etc seem to work fine. Only access
doesn't work. I'd appreciate any help.
