installing access

We have the MS Office 2000 Premium disk I have installed
access through the Admininstrator in Windows 2000
Professional. When using the Access program the wizards
don't want to work. There are no errors telling us to
install anything, it just does nothing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
