Installing All In One Series

T

Tina

I recently installed Office 2003 on my HP Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
computer. In addition to purchasing this computer, I also bought and hooked
up a HP PSC 2400 Photosmart Series All-In-One printer.

Ever since I installed Office 2003 when I start up my computer or go into
various applications, the system keeps attempting to Install the All-In-One
series. The system displays the below message...
1. Checking System
2. Preparing to install
3. Installing
4. Configuring your product

It appears that it keeps having problems with step number 4. The system
attempts to copy and move folders, however, must be unable to complete
whatever it is doing because this is not being resolved.

I don't know what to do to eliminate this never ending 'Installing
All-In-One Series' message that I am receiving.

Can anyone help me with this?

Please advise and thank you in advance,
Tina
