I am running 32-bit Vista Ultimate SP2 fully updated. When I try to install
Office 2007 disk 2 it says I must use an old version installer (msi 3.1). I
downloaded the update package for 3.1 [WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe].
When I run this I get "Not enough storage is available to process this
command" although I have 4 Gb RAM and over 100 Gb unused hartd drive space.
Also, I have Windows installer 4.5 on my system. Why doesn't that work to
install older versions of Microsoft software?
Help will be much appreciated,
Norman
