installing downloaded ms stationery templates

I have downloaded several stationery templates from the onenote page onto a
machine that does not have onenote. The files were then copied to my tablet
pc with onenote sp1 installed. When I extract the downloaded template, it is
not placed into a category or given a usable name the same way as when the
templates are downloaded directly onto the tabletpc. Is there some trick to
getting it to install the same way? Or am I stuck with these obscure names
(numbers only)?

Try the ideas in this article from my site:

When you download from the Office Online site, it automatically puts the
stationery in its own section and names the section. If you move the
stationery to a different machine, you will need to rename and relocate it
yourself.

Thanks for the response. I checked the pages you suggested and they would
work fine if I was working with those kind of pages.
